Hey! I'm Bella.

I've been self-employed since 2008, so when it comes to how incredible and how tough running your own business can be, I can hand on heart say "I get it".

I've spent 27 years coaching and training, I've helped over 1,000 small businesses and worked one-to-one with more than 150 clients. These days I help small business owners get clear on what matters, then sit alongside them to build the simple systems and AI that give them their time back.

My story

From the kitchen table to here

  1. Where it started

    The kitchen table

    My first business was teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL), and I started it from my kitchen table. I went on to teach for 17 years.

  2. Since 2008

    Working for myself

    I've been self-employed since 2008. That's 18 years of running my own business, through the good bits and the hard bits, so I know what it's like when you're the one holding everything together.

  3. Four months

    The move to Thailand

    I built my business around the life I wanted, and that's what made it possible to move to Thailand with my family. We did it in four months, and we now live in Koh Samui.

  4. Today

    Building AI systems for businesses

    I've built AI systems and tools for businesses. Now I bring that together with my years of coaching and training, so the systems fit how you actually work.
    No jargon, no judgment, and no 30 new tools.

How I work

Our small businesses should work for us, not the other way around. We can go and get a 9-5 for that. So I work in three stages, in that order, because fixing the wrong thing quickly doesn't help anyone.
